On a Lighter Side....

Okay, it has been FOREVER since I have posted pictures. Please bear with me because I couldn't chose between pictures. So, you are about to be bombarded with pictures from the Argo household.
Since finding out about Kyle's condition, we have been so very blessed with visits from friends and family. We have felt so loved and supported and the "distractions" have been wonderful.
~These pictures are for Karen and Lynn - Rowen loves her car!~
~We were SO blessed to have our dear friends Heather and Jake and their two beautiful kids, Sydney and Nathan. We decided to brave NYC on St.Patrick's Day. We had SUCH a good time!
~Me and Heather with our little bambinos.~

~We HAD to stop for coffee and the most AMAZING canolies in Little Italy after dinner.~

~I love my friend!!!~

~Jason, Jake and "their girls". (Rowen is the one passed out on her daddy's shoulder.)~

~Rowen picking our her favorite doll at FAO Schwartz.~

~On the train to NYC - Happy St. Patrick's Day!~

~Rowen and I were able to go to my parent's house when Jason had to go to a conference. There is nothing like going home and being pampered by your Mommma!~
~Rowen gets a kiss from her Ny Ny through on the staircase.~

~We took a beautiful "hike" on my family's property with my brother cousin Jenny's sweet girls. Mom refused to let me carry Rowen, so she hiked with Rowen on her back the WHOLE time!~

~One of Rowen's favorite things to do is to play dress up.~
~Our little "Diva"!~
~We had a wonderful Easter egg hunt at our church that Jason and a ton of volunteers put on. We had over 10,000 eggs hidden! We had over 600 people!~

~Getting ready to go out for the Egg Hunt!~

~Rowen was SO very proud of her Easter basket.~

~Go get those eggs!~

~And they're off!~

~Sharing a hot dog with Momma.
~Rownen had a GREAT day!~

Easter~
~Rowen in her Easter dress that Ny Ny and Poppa got for her.~
~Later that month, we had the great pleasure of having our friend's the Deckers from Michigan come to visit. We, of course, went to NYC again. ( I know, it's rough :) )~
~Rowen and her daddy getting ready to get on the train!~

~ Heidi, Chris, and their daughter Kellie treated us to a DELICIOUS Italian dinner at an adorable, quaint restaurant called Fresh Basil. We had SUCH a great time!~

~Later, we decided to take a walk and to get some icecream in Central Park and saw a movie set. We decided to go see if we could see anyone famous.....

and there was Nicolas Cage making a movie! So Cool!~
~In front of the movie set.~
~As you can see, we ALL had such a fabulous night!~

~Thank you to everyone for your wonderful visits and the time spent with us. We cherish EVERY minute.~

So good to hear that there is joy even in the tough times, Jolene has kept me posted and we just want you to know that we are praying. The question people often have is "how can they still be happy when they might lose their baby boy"... it's because of our awesome God and the wonderful friends that surround you with prayer and love!
you have a beautiful daughter!

Great pictures!!! We had a great time seeing you guys and are looking forward to another visit sometime in the future. You and Jason are such good friends. Being the nature lovers we are, we probably wouldn't experience New York City like we have without y'all living so close by there. I do love visiting that city. It is a great experience!! And, if anybody hasn't experienced a Maggie's breakfast, they need to get their behinds out there and order up something divine!!! Breakfast just isn't the same!!!

HI Guys! We are sitting together (Mina, JoJo and Myself) enjoying your pictures. Mina remembers who Jason and Nicole are, but thinks the pictures of Rowen are herself! Rowen is getting so big and she is adorable. Thinking of you often. We hope to come out visiting that way in about a year when my sister has moved out to West Point.

What kind of wrap/carrier were the bambinos in? Was at least one of them a Moby? I lovelovelove wearing my babies too! My favorites are the Moby and the New Native pouch.

Still praying for you, and I am so glad to hear that you are celebrating life even when it is hard. God IS good.
