I recently came across a blog of a beautiful woman that has !7! GORGEOUS children. She writes such amazing, Biblical, and inspirational entries. She is also a photographer that takes FANTASTIC pictures that adorn her blog. She talks of how she is not someone that needs a lot of sleep so, she is up before light and to bed past midnight. Her children always seem to be perfectly dressed and she happens to be in PERFECT shape (did I mention she has 7 children?!). She always seems to be doing creative and wonderful activities with her children and then has the energy at night to write such inspirational words long after the kids have gone to bed.

I started to feel SO inadequate as a mother of ONLY one! I have ALWAYS been someone who does NOT do well without sleep. I am much more of a night person and not a morning person, so, I don't really feel productive until at least 10 a.m. I become overwhelmed with my VERY busy daughter and can't seem to get anything done around the house without the help of Word World, Sesame Street, or Caillou.

While I was reading "her" blog, I became convicted. She was writing challenging words about being the best mother and wife that we can be with the help of Jesus. Here I was being envious of the strength and energy she seemed to have, when she was giving me the key that I was missing. To begin EACH day with HELP. Help from the Giver of Strength. When I am

weak HE is strong. Don'g get me wrong, I pray all throughout the day, but I don't put an emphasis on asking Jesus for strength EVERY morning with regular, day to day challenges. I need to depend on Him so that I don't react like me. I want to respond to every situation as He would. I want to love my daughter and my husband in the way He loves me. I want to be an example to my daughter, so that she loves HIM more everyday of her life.

We recently just got back from our family vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC. We spent time on the beach, going to the aquarium, and we even were able to stop in D.C. on the way home. It was wonderful!

We have been doing so much lately, and I am overwhelmed by all that I could write about on here, but lets be honest, all we really want are pictures, right? So, in a nutshell, we have been playing in the snow (that has long since melted). We took a visit to Buffalo to see dear friends and family. We have been sitting by the fire, playing dress up, and just generally keeping busy.

There is nothing better than to be able to stay home with my little girl and to be there to watch her play, learn, and grow, and she doing ALL of those at a very rapid pace! Rowen knows ALL of her letters AND their sounds. She loves to do puzzles and is starting to use her imagination more with play. She keeps us SO busy and ALWAYS on our toes!

Merry Christmas from the Argos!

It is two days before Christmas and as I write this, I am overwhelmed as I think back on this past year. My life is so filled with love and blessings. Looking at these pictures, trying to decide which ones to put on here, I know that my life is full. I have so much to be grateful for.

I couldn't imagine going through life with anyone other than my dear Jason. I am so thankful that God handpicked us for eachother!

When I look at our sweet little girl, I can't help, but think of her as our miracle. She is learning and changing everyday and is growing up much too quickly for my liking!

This year especially, I have thought of Mary and all that she had to deal with at such a young age. She was told that she would carry a babe in her belly that was born to be our Savior. She would have to watch her son, whom she loved and adored, give His life for us. How thankful I am for her courage and strength. Even more, I am so thankful for our Jesus who came here, so that we will one day live forever with Him.

We hope and pray that your Christmas is filled with love, joy,peace, and hope. Allow the miracle of Christmas live within your hearts everyday.

Kyle Joseph Argo

On December 4th, our sweet boy would have been 4 months old. There is not a day that goes by that we don't ache for him. Some days are better than others. We can't help but think of how our life would be different if he didn't go to be with Jesus. When we see babies that are his age or hear a baby's cry in church, our heart just hurts. It is still difficult for me to go to the baby section and see all the little boy clothes that I should be buying. I am suppose to have an infant in my arms, and my heart AND body doesn't let me forget it.
I die a little inside when I see Jason looking at fathers with their sons with longing in his eyes.
Though there are bad days, even those days are laced with joy. We are so thankful for God's amazing love and strength. We are so blessed to have family and friends that are a constant support. We couldn't get through each day without the knowledge that our God has given us a hope and a future. We can't help but look at all we are blessed with and be overwhelmed with all that God has given us.
This prayer is constant in our hearts:
Dear Jesus,
We dreamed of the day that we would hold him in our arms and tell him all about You. Now we ask You to hold him in Your arms and tell him all about us.

So, I know it has been WAY too long and frankly, I am overwhelmed by all of the pictures that I want to share with you. I sat down tonight and had very good intentions of catching up, but for some reason blogger is not letting me download pictures!
We are doing well. We are very excited to spend Thanksgiving in Philadelphia with Jason's side of the family ~ always a great time! On the 28th we are going to Syracuse because my dear cousin Anna is getting married to her fiance' Bronson and we can't wait! So, we are going to be busy, busy, busy. There is never a dull day in the Argo house.
Thank you for your ongoing love and prayers. We appreciate them and need them so very much.

Look Who's 2!!!

Our Rowen turned 2 years old on the 13th of this month, but we had her party on the 12th at my parents house. She is CRAZY about Mickey and Minnie Mouse, so that is the party she received! We decided to have the party at my parents house this year. We were so happy to spend time with family and our best friends from Buffalo, the Arnolds. We were sad though, because Jason's parents were not able to come, but Rowen will have her own celebration with them in a couple of weeks!!! We can't wait!

We had so much fun doing SO many things! We played in the sand and...

even got a birthday smooch (but don't tell Daddy!)!

We took a walk down to the pond.

Spent time with our bestest friends!

The Daddies pulled us in the wagon when we got tired.

We romped through the fields with our Mommies running after us and our Daddies worrying about ticks!

We even took time to smell the flowers underneath the apple trees.

We ate yummy food with our friends and family.

School Days!

Today was Rowen's first day of preschool! She is now going to the Creative Learning Center Preschool that we have at our church for 3 hours on Mondays and Wednesdays. We can't believe that our baby girl is almost 2 years old! I think we had a harder time with it then she did.

She was so excited to wear her "big girl backpack"!

When we arrived, the first place she went to was the "kitchen" to "cook".

I can't believe that the time has come to publish this post. Our little Kyle Joseph came 5 weeks early on August 4th at 6:21 p.m.. We were blessed to be able to hold him for over an hour before he went from our arms to the arms of Jesus. There are no words to describe our feelings then or even now. The only thing that we can say is that our Heavenly Father has been our strength and gives us hope.

There are days when we feel as though the pain is so raw and so excruciating, but our God continues to pick us up off the floor and carries us agan and again. When we feel as though there is no joy left to be found in this life, we look into the eyes of our perfect little girl and can't help but smile and be grateful for her and for eachother.

We are constantly overwhelmed by the support and love that we have received from all of our friends and family. Thank you to all of you; those we have met and those we haven't. We have felt your prayers and your love. We have felt the comfort of Christ through you. Please continue to pray for us. This journey is not over for us. We need renewed strength everyday.

For those of you that were not able to go to Kyle's memorial, this is the letter we wrote and had read:

On January 5th of this year we were elated to find out that we were going to be parents again. Two months later we were told the devastating news that our precious baby boy would pass away shortly after being born. We were shocked and we had no words to describe the pain that we were feeling. We decided to enjoy every moment of our pregnancy that we possibly could. We took joy in every kick and hiccup and we named our sweet boy Kyle Joseph.

To our Heavenly Father...

We thank You for the time you gave us with our Kyle and we trust that he is in Your perfect hands. You have heard our deepest despair, You have seen our pain. You know the tears we have shed and You have comforted us in the midst of the storm. Continue to heal us and bring us joy in this storm. We long for the day when this world will fade away and You will make all things new. You will wipe away every tear, every hurt, every heartache. We thank You that because Your son died, our son lives with You and we will be reunited with him again. We yearn for the day when our family, whole and complete, will stand around Your throne of glory, worshiping forever and ever. Until then, we are Yours here on earth. Continue to be our Rock, our Shelter, our Peace, and our every Need.

To our Son...

Words cannot express the grief that we feel after losing you, but we have hope of one day seeing you again. We want you to know how deeply we love you and hold dear the moments, while short, we had you. We take joy in the fact that you are now in the arms of Jesus and will never know the pains of this world. You will always be missed, always loved, always cherished. And though we know you are in a better place, we still yearn to hold you in our arms and kiss your sweet face. We love you dearest Kyle and look forward to the time will see you again.

WARNING! This may be the longest blog you have ever come across! So much has gone on since my last post and I have the hardest time leaving some pictures out. So, sit back and enjoy the show.

Our dear friends, the Robisons, came to visit us from Michigan. We went to the Philadelphia Zoo on one of the days and had a wonderful time.

For Mother's Day and our 7th year anniversary, Jason surprised me with a getaway to Lancaster where they have an amazing theatre called Sight and Sound and stayed at a beautiful bed and breakfast. Lancaster is also a very Amish area and we got caught behind one on their way to run their errands.

Jason went away to Creation Festival for a week, so Rowen and I went to my parent's house and got pampered!

As you can see, we have been very busy and very blessed. There is no new news to report on our Kyle Joseph. He is kicking like a champ everyday. My amniotic fluid is lower than it should be and the doctors said that it was nomal for a baby in our condition. We are getting through each day by the grace of God. I am not going to say that we are doing great, but we are taking it day by day and God is giving us the strength to do it. Our sweet Rowen is a light in our lives that gives us a reason to get up in the morning, laugh in the day, and to feel so abundantly blessed at night. We praise God everday for her and for eachother.

Okay, it has been FOREVER since I have posted pictures. Please bear with me because I couldn't chose between pictures. So, you are about to be bombarded with pictures from the Argo household.

Since finding out about Kyle's condition, we have been so very blessed with visits from friends and family. We have felt so loved and supported and the "distractions" have been wonderful.

~We were SO blessed to have our dear friends Heather and Jake and their two beautiful kids, Sydney and Nathan. We decided to brave NYC on St.Patrick's Day. We had SUCH a good time!

Where do I start? Since I last wrote, we have had two more doctor appointments. One with the specialist, and one with our regular obgyn. They are very concerned because Kyle's kidneys are getting very large and they are putting a lot of pressure on his diaphragm and heart . When we went to my regular ob appointment (which was about a week after my specialist appt.), the doctor measured me and she said I was measuring a little small, which of course was very scary. When our doctor went to find Kyle's hearbeat, Jason and I held our breath. Almost immediately she was able to find his heartbeat. We were relieved.

We are now going to the regular obgyn every two weeks and the specialist ( I have ultrasounds each time) every 4 weeks. The doctors want to be able to check Kyle's heart often.

Since finding out more information about Kyle's condition, we have tried to find people who have gone through this. To be honest, we felt alone and lost and felt like we were the only ones who have ever gone through this pain that we are feeling. We have been so very blessed to find people who have had babies with this same condition. I truly feel that God is giving us strength through talking with these people. They give us hope that they have lived through this and are able to go on and are stronger for it.

We know that with God's amazing grace we will get through this. Now, that is not to say that we don't have days when we sob all day long and are completely scared to death for what the future holds. The difference is we have eachother and our Heavenly Father to cling to. He promises us that He will never leave us or forsake us and He will go before us. It is our job to trust Him and to let Him carry us through these terrifying times.

We are grieving, but we are also taking joy in the times we are able spend with our sweet son. When I feel him move, it brings a smile to my face and tears of joy to my cheeks. We take joy when we are able to hear his heartbeat. Our last doctor assured us that he is not suffering and he is completely content in his momma's tummy. So, we are able to treasure this time with Kyle even more because we do not fear that he is in pain. We talk and sing to him and let him know that he is loved and cherished and always will be. He is our son, however short or long we have him in our life, He is our amazing gift from a God that loves Kyle even more than we do.

We have been so blessed from all of your prayers, cards, letters, gifts, and your visits. You have been wonderful and we are so very thankful for you in our lives. We can't say enough how much you mean to us. We love you.

Blessed Be Your Name

Dear friends and family,
We have recently received the devastating news that our unborn child most likely has a terrible genetic disorder that causes many different anomolies. We have been told that if I don't miscarry ( I am 4 months along), our baby will die in child birth or very shortly after. We are devastated and absolutely heartbroken. There are no words for the pain that we are feeling right now, but we know that our God will sustain us. It is only through His strength and comfort that we know we can get through this.
We have chosen to find out the sex of our baby so that we can enjoy the time with them more intimately. Our precious baby is a little boy. We have named him Kyle Joseph ( Jason's middle name and Joseph is Jason's Pop Pop's name who is no longer with us).
We believe that our God can and does perform miracles, but we also know that He allows us to go through things for a reason. We don't know what that is now, but our prayer is that through this He will be glorified and we will make Him proud in how we handle this. Please pray that we will allow Jesus to carry us through this when we can't walk anymore. Pray that we accept the comfort and peace that He can only give.

Finally!

I know, I know it has been far too long for an update. The days have slipped by me and I can't believe that it is almost March!!! So, to satisfy those of you who have been waiting patiently for a post, here it is and here is what we have been up to!

~We have been visiting with family. Rowen and I were able to go with Mom Mom Argo to Philadelphia to see the DeLue side of the family and had a great time!~

~We have been playing dress up!~

~We were able to celebrate with Jason's cousin Danielle on her sweet 16! There was dancing, AMAZING food, and an "everything dipped in chocoloate" theme. It was wonderful and she was completely surprised!~

~ We've been kissing Daddy!~

~We have been waiting every morning for Mailman Larry to come so we can wave to him.~

~We have been reading and...

reading! We can't get enough of our books!

And....in case you didn't know, we have been celebrating the fact that in September Rowen will have a new little brother or sister!!!!

The holidays have almost come and gone. I can't believe how fast it goes by! All the preparation and anticipation! Well, there was a lot of anticipation in our house this year. We were worried that we would not see any snow for Christmas. As you can see below, we all had to take a peek outside to see if the snow was here yet! Well, we got our wish and we even got to go sledding! Rowen loved her first sledding experience and she even bacame a local celebrity! Two news crews stopped and asked if they could interview us and video Rowen going down the hill!!! We were so proud! Of course we recorded it so that we can watch it over and over.~Maya and Rowen looking to see if they can see any snowflakes yet.~

We only had to wait a couple more days and we were able to play in the snow!!!

Thankfully, the snow stayed until Christmas morning....it was a beautiful day! We were able to share Christmas with Jason's side of the family. We opened presents and then piled into the car and drove to Philadelphia to spend the remainder of Christmas with the rest of the family. Mom Mom DeLue and Aunt Ellen made a delicious meal for all 13 of us! The next day we drove to Delaware to see Mom Mom Argo. We had such a wonderful time seeing everyone! We are so very blessed!

On the Road Again!

We were very busy in the month of November. We were able to go to Grand Rapids, MI to visit our dear friends. Jason was able to hunt with the guys and Rowen and I were able to shop with the girls ( Rowen and I were more successful than Jason :) ! While we were there, our wonderful friends, Chris and Erin Brown, held a little party for us so that we could see everyone at one time. It was so lovely spending time with everyone that we have missed greatly! We love all of you!~Erin and Baby Lydia~

Trunk or Treat!

Every year our church puts on a safe, fun alternative to traditional "trick or treating". People from our church open their trunks and decorate them in all different amazing themes (nothing scary) and hand out candy. I wish I had pictrues of the fantastic trunks, but I guess I was distracted by an adorable butterfly :) ! After going through all of the cars, we had an awesome artist give a salvation message through art. We have hundreds come out and it is so much fun!~The cutest little butterfly!~

~It did not take long at all for Rowen to get the hang of picking out candy. She couldn't wait to get to the next trunk.~

~We even saw an adorable little lion named Cami, but the butterfly Rowen saw more candy to get and was too antsy to pose for a picture.~

Election Fatigue

I don't know about any of you, but I can NOT wait until this election is over. I am so over the commercials of candidates putting each other down and pointing out faults of the other candidate. I am so tired of the media only supporting one view. I hate the fact that this election can bring out the worst among friends that may not see eye to eye.

I just pray that God will have His hand on this election and on this country that so often shuts Him out. His grace and mercy amazes me when I look at the blessings that our country has despite our constant rejection of His wisdom, love, and forgiveness. I know that no matter what happens, He is in control. My prayer is that our next president will look to Christ for wisdom and strength.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you . You will seek me and find me WHEN you seek me with all your heart."

Rowen's 1st birthday was September 13th. We held the party at a park nearby (we call it the duck pond). We were blessed with lots of sunshine and lots of fun!

Sweet September

September is gone and it will hold a lot of great memories. We were able to meet our dear friends, the Robisons, ( from Michigan) in Las Vegas for vacation. We had a fabulous time! It was so great to see them after almost a year! We went from seeing them almost everyday to now twice a year. We use to have dinner together about two times a week. They became our family when we lived so far away from our own. We love them dearly and are so very, very blessed to have them in our lives. Although we are now far apart, our friendship will always span the miles!~Rowen loves to look out the window of the plane!~

Since moving to PA, we have been so blessed to be able to go to NYC quite often. This summer alone we have been there about 5 or 6 times and about 11 times this whole year. We have such a great experience everytime we go. There is so much to do and we are always in search of places that we have not yet discovered. We love going to places that the "locals" would visit. Friends and family that visit enjoy going to the city as well. We have gone with both sides of our familes, friends, and we have been able to meet up with friends that were there on business. Last week were able to meet up with one of our dearest friends from MI. Erin and her new, beautiful daughter Lydia were in town and we were able to meet up for dinner and coffee. It was wonderful, although we did miss her husband Chris and adorable son, Elliott. We will see them in November though! Here are pictures of some of our visits to "The Big Apple".

Some of you know my love for all things unique and creative. I have fallen in love with a website called Etsy.com. I love it and am addicted to it. They have artists that make everything from pottery to great handbags to jewelry to stationary. I recently purchased Rowen's birthday invitation from one of the artists. She was wonderful to work with and helped me design it. I think it came beautifully, if I do say so myself!

I cannot believe that the month of July has almost slipped by us! We have been so very busy! We have played with friends, enjoyed family, worked on our house, spent time with church family at church functions, and have had Vacation Bible School. Just this past week, my Aunt Gretchen and cousin Anna spent a couple of days with us. We had SO much fun! We spent one of the days in NYC and had a fabulous time of shopping, eating, and just enjoying eachother. I am so very blessed to have them in my life and I was once again reminded of that this week ( I will post pics of their visit later). The same Friday that my aunt and cousin left, Jason's parents came that same night. On Saturday, we celebrated Matt's birthday by going into NYC again and had dinner together. It was so very nice to get to spend time with our wonderful families!

We experienced the mighty zip line!!! It was "550 feet of fun" as the instructors like to say. It was quite the experience walking off a 50 foot drop and zipping down at about 35 mph! Jason and I loved it! ~Jason is the little green and tan blur~

Spruce Lake

This week Jason has the great opportunity of being the speaker to about 200 12-14 year olds at Spruce Lake Wilderness Camp. It has been an awesome experience so far. Last night Jason and I actually spoke together and Jason gave an altar call and many made decisions for Jesus! Praise God!!!

Jason and I have been in awe of the beauty of the place we now call home. We knew it was beautiful with the hills, trees, and stone architecture, but spring put on a great show for us! The colors were amazing and when it rained, everything turned a brilliant green! ~Our favorite road no matter what the season!~

Spring also brought time with family and friends. We were able to go to Florida with Jason's side of the family and before that, I was able to bring Rowen to my parent's house. Rowen had a great time with her cousins Samantha and Sarah and her Uncle Noah.

Farewell Florida!

On our final day in sunny Florida, we lounged by the pool, walked on the beach, went out for one last seafood dinner (followed of course with ice cream), and enjoyed eachother.~Our last yummy seafood dinner! Rowen was too busy trying to entertain the other people in the restaurant to smile for the camera~

~There is nothing like drinking smoothies by the pool while soaking up the sunshine. We will miss you Florida, but we will be back!~

We having been spending our time split between the beach and the pool. When we are on the beach we have this great sun tent that Jason puts up so that the little one can play without being directly in the sun and if you look very closely, you will see a very comfortable, sleeping Rowen!

~For dinner that night, we went to a great restaurant right on an inter coastal waterway. We ate right on the dock and right off of the dock, the manatees would come up for a drink of fresh water out of the fountain. It was so neat! A little further out, a dolphin put on a little show for us with amazing jumping skills!~

....and we have landed! Our journey began at 3 AM! Our flight was at 6am and we had to be at the Philly airport at 4:30am. A huge thank you to Uncle Ralph and Aunt Carolyn for seeing us off and for driving us to the airport!

On Sunday, May 25th , Jason and I celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary! We were able to leave Rowen with Mom Mom and Pop Pop and enjoy an AMAZING seafood dinner! The restaurant was called Norwood's. Our waitress wrapped our leftovers in a foil and she shaped it like a crab! We affectionately called our crab "Norwood"! And Norwood was SO yummy!

Sweety, thank you for the best 6 years of my life! You have made our life a dream come true and I look forward to many, many more years to come. I love you more and more everyday!

~Yesterday we were able to take a drive to the beautiful city of Saint Augustine; the oldest city in the U.S. We had a wonderful time and Rowen enjoyed every minute of it!

We hope everyone had a beautiful Mother's Day. I had a very relaxing 1st Mother's Day. After having a delicious brunch at church, we went home and had a very refeshing nap. We had a yummy dinner at home and then we took a short drive to Ritas for a fantastic gelati! The little one has been put to bed and Jason and I are settling in for a night of hot tea and watching movies~it doesn't get any better than this!

A Great Week!

Our week has been very busy and full of fun! As I said before, Jason's dad was able to come out for the week just in time for turkey season. They were very successful and Dad got his first turkey! We later had a very yummy feast consisting of a juicy fried tukey. The guys were also able to work on some of the wood work that needed finishing in the house, and thanks to Dad's help, it looks beautiful! We are so thankful that we were able to spend time with Dad and Matt. We had a wonderful week!

We have had beautiful weather the last couple of weeks! We could not resist taking advantage of it and going outside to play. Jason has taken up fly fishing with some of the guys at our church and Rowen and I decided to go to the park and watch Daddy fish. Rowen was looking so cute, I couldn't resist taking pictures!

We hope that all of you had a wonderful Easter and are enjoying the warmer weather. We had a lovely Easter and were able to spend it with the DeLue side of the family (Jason's mom's side). It was SO much fun! Rowen was able to play with her Great Mom Mom, Great Aunts and Uncles and her VERY cool cousins. It was also Uncle Ralph's Aunt Laura's 95th birthday, so we were able to celebrate her amazing birthday with her!

Having So Much Fun!!!

So much has been going on in our lives! So much that I have neglected this blog. I apologize for all of the pictures at one time, but it is my way of playing catch up. Chris and Heidi Decker from Michigan came out and we went to New York City for dinner and some site seeing. We had a blast! It was SO wonderful seeing them...we miss you guys!
We were able to go to Buffalo about two weeks ago and had a great time with Jason's parents. We were also able to see the Arnolds's new baby boy Nathan....he's beautiful!
This Sunday, Rowen was dedicated by Dr. Harry Wood, our DS. Our families were able to come out for it. It was a wonderful service! (I will post pictures of the dedication later when we get them from the photographer.) Needless to say we have been busy, but having a lot of fun too!!!

I know, I know, it has been WAY too long since our last post. Time has flown by! I can't believe Rowen is 5 months today! She has been changing by leaps and bounds. She is now 11lbs 12 oz ! She is still a petite little thing but she is growing fast! She has started eating rice cereal and loves it. She rolls from her tummy to her back and back to tummy. She laughs and "talks" all the time!

We have been VERY busy lately. I have started working at a local gourmet cafe for about 15 hrs a week. I really like it; it is convenient and fun and helps out a lot! Jason has taken on more resposibilities at our church and is enjoying ministry. We have a wonderful, supportive church family, staff, and board!
We have also been blessed recently with new carpet for the whole house! Jason has been busy putting in Pergo flooring for our dining room and it is looking beautiful. We are almost done; the house is coming back together slowly, but surely getting back in order. We are so excited to have it all completed!

During what was supposed to be a quick trip to Walmart, our Saturn's battery died. While poor Jason had to stay out in the cold, changing the battery in the parking lot, Rowen and I stayed in the still warm car. It obviouly did not bother her at all because she slept through everything. She was looking so sweet, I couldn't resist taking pictures of our little sleeping angel!

We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! We had a great Christmas and we were extremely blessed this year beacause we are now close to famliy. On the 22nd Jason's side of the family were able to come over to our house. We had 18 people ~it was great!

Jason had to be in service for both Christmas eve services so we did not leave for my family's until Christmas morning. It was such a blessing to be able to be here for Christmas eve, but still able to be with family on Christmas! ~Maya even loves Christmas!!!~

I recently started working as a substitute teacher's aide at our Christian Learning Center (our nursery school at our church). We have 200 2-4 year olds. So, I got a call at 7 in the morning that they needed me to come in. I fed Rowen and Super Daddy took over. I only go in until 11:30, so Jason works from home until then or he brings her into the office with him. I love working at CLC with all the adorable kids, but I miss my little girl when I'm gone. When I got home, Rowen had obviously had such a fun time with her Daddy (Daddy-daughter time as Jason calls it) because this is the smiling baby that I came home to! Hooray for smiles and wonderful Daddy!!!

Hello everyone! I know it has been WAY too long for a post ~ the days are just flying by! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Ours was great ~ we were able to go to Philadelphia to spend it with Jason's side of the family. Mom Mom DeLue made a yummy turkey and Aunt Carolyn put out a delicious spread of food for all 18 of us! The next day we visited with Mom Mom Argo and she got to meet our little Rowen for the first time ( I'm pretty sure it was love at first sight for both of them). We are so blessed to be closer to family!

Before Thanksgiving we were able to spend 5 days in Michigan (a trip that was planned before we even moved!); we had an awesome stay with our "Michigan family". It was so wonderful getting to see everyone and we were able to spend time with some of our dearest friends. Of course we were glad to be able to show Rowen off. We miss you all like crazy and we are so very blessed to have you in our lives!

Busy! Busy! Busy!

Hello Friends and Family!

Hope all is well with you. We are doing great. Life is hectic sometimes, but in wonderful ways! We are of course enjoying our precious, ever changing little girl. She is such a wonderful baby! She has slept through the night since she was one week old; the last two mornings we have had to wake her up at 9 am!!! We have heard that this is not the norm. We are so blessed!

Jason is enjoying the hunting season (bow) and has already gotten a deer! I am so glad he is a talented hunter because we do enjoy the meat. He is also VERY busy getting our new youth center ready to open. It is looking great and we are so excited for the big "kick off"! I have been busy with women's Bible studies and starting a "mom's group". It has been a lot of fun and I really enjoy getting to know the wonderful ladies in our church.

It has been SO wonderful hearing from you all. We are doing great. I am recovering very quickly and easily and Rowen could not be more precious. Words can not explain how blessed we feel and the love we have for our little girl is indescribable!!! Jason is the most wonderful daddy- helping with every feeding and diaper change. Rowen already has her daddy wrapped around her little finger! We want you all to know how much we have appreciated your prayers and your love. Nicole and I created this blog so we can stay in touch with friends and family! We're hoping to get some pics of our new home and church in Stroudsburg, PA up on the site pretty soon! We hope to hear from you all and we'll try to post often...more to come soon!
